These account communication terms explain the email requirements for using your MyAPI.world account. They form part of your account terms alongside the product and payment terms shown when you place an order. Your saved purchase terms and any rights provided by applicable law remain in effect.
Account email and communications
By opening or keeping an active account, you agree to maintain an accurate email address that you control and permit Open ISP cc to send the emails reasonably needed to provide, administer and protect your account. These include email verification codes, security and recovery notices, purchase receipts, billing and renewal notices, material service information, and replies to your support requests.
Marketing and promotional emails remain subject to your marketing preferences and applicable law. Where separate consent is required, we will request it. You may opt out of marketing free of charge using an unsubscribe link or by contacting hello@magnetapi.org. Keeping an active account does not cancel an existing opt-out or waive your rights regarding direct marketing. Essential account and transactional messages may continue while the account or related transactions need to be administered.
We may ask you to correct or confirm your email address with a single-use code before you can access the dashboard. An automated address check does not prove mailbox ownership or provide marketing consent.

Use the signed-in email confirmation flow to update your address. For account assistance or marketing preferences, contact hello@magnetapi.org. Never email passwords, API tokens or one-time codes.
